It is nice to see AC having Porsche, what's the point when there are barely any other cars to race with? Or more tracks to drive them on? Porsche is known for it's long standing success in endurance racing, it is kinda disappointing if I cannot have endurance races with dynamic rain and night racing like I could in pcars. Now they have the Porsche license, it felt like they are getting more and more arrogant these days.

It was funny to see them teasing with pictures of a bald man who looked like Ian sad with no Porsche license but keeping it as a reoccurring joke for weeks isn't funny anymore or good sport by them. It is generally Kunos is the one that starts fights with other developers or teases others that got misunderstood. Not even other developers I closely follow like Reiza and S3 where they generally mind their own business. SMS generally does not talk about the competitors as far I remember. At the very least, Kunos needs to provide more liveries.Īnd no need (or reason!) to belittle Project Cars! In the least, it's a show of bad character - even IF PCars were bad, which it definitely isn't.Īnd: I never had the feeling of Ian looking down on AC.

You have to download DLC and community mods in order to have a decent selection of opponents for certain car classes. The native garage that comes with the game lacks diversity, which can make for some pretty uninteresting grids.

My impression of the developers is they are getting pretty arrogant these days after the success they enjoyed on PC and signing the forbiden manufacturer.ĪC on PC is pretty good, but content is definitely where they drop the ball. The funny thing is, I wrote something similar on their forums on the lack of communication from them regarding the console build like wheel support or Xbox footage, then, also on lack of diversity in content, I was banned a couple of hours later. I like Porsche, it just I dont need 2 dozen of them when the game has barely any cars from other manufacturer. Even after Drive Club and Pcars was heavily criticised for too Euro centric content, it seemed like AC didnt get the memo at all as now they are going head on with more Europeans in form of dozens of Porsches and claimed Japanese manufacturers too hard to work with so dont expect many more of them. I still remember a youtube comment saying that it is silly to have a game in 2016 launching with 3 Japanese cars and 6 Americans while there are probably almost a dozen of Evora variants. The game lacks of diversity in it's content which Kunos seemed to not concern about it. The racing experience isnt that fun for me in AC as classes are extremely messy with one car dominating the rest by far and the AI still feel rather on rails and relaxed. The core content of AC on console, even with Pretige pack, I felt it just doesnt worth $60 for it even though AC has one of the best driving physics. Knowing 505 Games poor reputation with the console version of Payday 2, I'll be wary of AC on console. If I am a console owner, I'll skip AC and probably get Pcars(if I dont have it by now) if not just wait for GT Sport or Horizon 3. That is ignoring Fanatec wheel issues and other potential problems. Not as 2 paid DLC a few weeks after launch, that's sleazy and greedy. Both packs are the best pack among all the DLCs so far, despite I didn't like Red Pack much because it is too open wheel centric, I think many people will appreciate that both pack's content is in the game out of the box. Still, even as an owner of AC with all DLC to date, I am really not pleased to see console owners being shafted with Japanese Pack and Red Pack not included with the game. It is a different game made by a different developer where priorities will be different. The simple reason behind this is, we are talking about AC, not Pcars who had supported all these. This works perfectly in project cars on the ps4. My cockpit with a selfmade buttonbox(keyboard driver) is now useless.

Why we can't assign the buttons how we want to on console? Why did Thrustmaster never got any problem with Sony or MS ? Upcoming games which will be compatible: :cool:Īnd why do you think Sony has asked to remove those logos ? Games which are currently (February 2016) compatible to Fanatec sim-racing hardware are:

The list below should completely mention all games for PS4 platform which are made for FFB Wheels. In this case we can only report compatibility game by game! Please keep in mind that a game has to support Force Feedback Racing wheels in general to be used with such input devices from any vendor at all - some (racing) games are designed to work with gamepad controllers only. Since Sony allows the game developer to decide which controllers/wheels may be supported we cannot make a general statement of PS4 compatibility. PS4 logo was on Fanatecs products until early 2016.
